Rustler 4X4‘s revised suspension maximizes performance across all surfaces and allows the chassis to soak up bumps to put the power down. New GTR shocks dramatically improve suspension compliance on rough terrain while Rustler’s low-CG chassis delivers razor-sharp cornering and stability.

Engineered for maximum strength, the Extreme Heavy-Duty Upgrade Kit fortifies Rustler with a full complement of driveline and suspension parts designed to work together as a complete package. Combined with Traxxas’ HD suspension arms. Rustler 4X4 sets a new standard for brushless durability.

Rustler’s shaft-driven four-wheel-drive system uses a rigid center driveshaft with center bearing for extra support. A new Torque-Biasing Center Drive absorbs driveline shocks and distributes power equally between the front and rear. Power reaches the wheels through massive Maxx-duty” driveshafts with 6 mm axles for unbeatable strength and durability.

Rustler 4X4 features a new clipless body that’s even easier to use. No body posts, no clips – just drop the body onto the chassis and snap it into place for a secure hold. When its time to change the battery, depress the tabs above the wheels and lift up to access the chassis in just seconds.

The TQi™ Sport transmitter packs the range and performance of the TQi into a compact design for maximum comfort and portability. The ergonomic grip features a removable adapter to accommodate smaller hands and simple one-button programming for ease-of-use. A class-leading high-output 2.4 GHz signal delivers the outstanding range and glitch-free performance required by Rustler’s blistering speed.

Traxxas Stability Management (TSM) works behind the scenes to harness Rustler 4X4‘s extreme brushless horsepower. TSM maximizes acceleration and braking by keeping Rustler 4X4 arrow straight without pulling power or dulling throttle response, even on low-traction surfaces. TSM can also be switched off directly from the TQi Sport transmitter.

A modular chassis design allows the entire front section to be removed with just 5 screws, and the rear assembly with just 4 screws. In less than a minute using a power screwdriver, you have full access for easy service and adjustment.
