Overview
The Pro-Body Jig is a precision tool crafted to help builders drill new axle holes with enhanced accuracy and create a lower center of gravity on Pinewood Derby cars built from BSA and Pine-Car kits. It’s designed for use with a hand drill and includes a #44 drill bit. Note: This tool is not compatible with pre-cut axle slots.
Engineered for precision, the Pro-Body Jig aligns all four axle holes simultaneously to ensure consistent placement. It features full adjustability, allowing compatibility with both standard BSA wheelbases and extended setups for optimal performance. This jig also aids in achieving lower ground clearance for improved weight distribution. Additionally, offset holes provide the option to drill raised axle holes for tuning flexibility.
