EMD GP38-2 – Standard DC — Canadian National #4720 (black, white, red) With 8-wheel drive. DCC-ready with a factory-installed 8-pin socket for the DCC decoder installation of your choice. Performs best on 18″ radius curves or greater. The EMD GP38-2 diesel is a workhorse locomotive for every 1970s and later railroad. Features include realistic paint schemes, all-wheel drive, working headlights and E-Z Mate(R) Mark II knuckle couplers. They perform best on 18″ or greater radius curves making them good for upgrading train sets. This unit is also DCC ready and includes both six and eight-pin sockets for easy DCC decoder conversion.
