This is a Carisma CIS15432 2S 350mah 7.4V 35C Lipo battery for Carisma GT24B 1/24^th scale vehicles.  

This battery is an upgrade LiPo battery for use in GT24 and MSA-1E vehicles. Requires the use of a charger capable of charging 2S LiPo at no more than 700mAH charge rate.
